Launchline ("Launchline," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through launchline.pro and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what you give us and basic usage data:

• Contact details you submit: name, email address, business name, an optional phone number, and anything you write in our inquiry form.
• Usage data: standard analytics collected via Google Analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location, referral source). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

• To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services
• To provide, operate, and improve the services you hire us for

• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

3. SMS / text messaging & mobile information

Providing a phone number is optional. If you provide one and check the SMS consent box, we may send you conversational and customer-care text messages about your inquiry or project, as well as marketing and promotional messages about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP or emailing alex@launchline.pro. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. When we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting (Vercel), email delivery, and analytics (Google), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell or rent your personal information, and, as stated above, mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone.

5. Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out tools; the site works fine without them.

6. Data retention & your rights

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to communicate with you and operate our services. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing alex@launchline.pro. We will honor verified requests promptly.

7. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle SMS data will never apply retroactively to consent you have already given.
