The challenge
Apartment hunting is fragmented and frustrating. Renters bounce between stale listing sites, out-of-date prices, and leasing offices that all sound the same. A boutique locator has the local knowledge to fix that — but online, they were invisible next to the big national firms.
The site had to do two jobs at once: look established and trustworthy on day one, and actually be useful enough that renters kept coming back to it instead of a generic listings portal.
